When you write to us

Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. Your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and app version if you know it can help. Please leave out children’s names, photos, answers and other private details. Check any screenshots before sending them.

We keep each support request for 12 months after it is resolved, unless a specific legal or security reason requires longer. See website privacy for how support email is handled and your rights.

A few useful starting points

Little things that might help.

Today’s adventure

An internet connection is needed to collect an adventure for your local date. Once saved, it can be finished offline. If today’s adventure does not appear, use Try again on Today when you are online. You can also choose an offline study from Library.

Your offline library

Bundled and downloaded studies are ready offline. A grown-up can use Library → Browse packs to check for more collections. If a download fails, the existing library stays available. If downloaded studies cannot be opened, keep the app installed. A grown-up can retry opening them or choose Repair downloaded content in Family. Repair keeps a private copy of the damaged file and preserves learning progress.

Saved studies and progress

Use Save & close to pause a longer study, then find Pick up where you left off in Library. Progress stays on the device by default. iCloud progress sync is not currently available. Downloaded books and progress are separate on each device.

If you used an earlier version, earlier child-profile records are retained. A grown-up can reopen their unfinished work in Family → Earlier saved studies; those records are also included in data exports.

If saved progress cannot be opened, keep the app installed and contact us. Deleting the app may remove local progress.

Reading aloud

Listen uses a matching narration recording when available, or an installed English voice managed by your device. A recording needs an initial download before it can play offline. Check the volume and audio output if you cannot hear it. Narration stops when the app leaves the foreground; tap Listen to begin again. Gentle sounds can be off while Listen still works.

Your illustrated books

Choose a book in Library. The first time you finish each lesson, you keep its illustrated page. Open the book to reread your pages, revisit the Bible passages or continue the next lesson. Your family shares one collection and shared progress. No child-profile setup is needed. Books have no daily deadline. Today’s free activities are separate, and any earlier daily keepsakes remain available in Library.

A gentle daily reminder

A grown-up can choose a time or turn reminders off in Family → A gentle reminder. The suggested time is 11:00 am in your device’s local time. If notification permission is off, open iOS Settings → Notifications to change it. Reminders are set separately on each device. They skip dates the app knows are complete and refresh their future schedule when you open the app.
